They were FANTASTIC. Everything went really smoothly. Yesterday we went to Car Giant but it was not friendly. I had to give my house keys driving license etc just to get car keys that we were not allowed to drive, so I did not expect that today would go so smoothly, the sales man that showed us the car did not need my house keys to give me the keys & we were allowed to drive it round the block, after that he took us to the office.

There are 3 really lovely kind professional ladies working there. Although this is not the point of this review I will mention it - they were very beautiful. But more to the point they were kind. They offered me water. This was offered by a lady that was not actually looking after me but she still went out of her way.

All the ladies were v friendly & helped me with insurance as well. The lady serving me also did my vehicle tax

I was too scared to drive home, for an extra £99 it was driven home for me & this delivery was quick.

This business left me with a warm glowing feeling inside me, I felt really happy, really valued, not an ounce of racism or anything like that. I asked them to send me a link to review as I wanted to shout from the rooftops how good these people were & lots of choices of cars as well,

I can honestly say easicars made the process of purchasing a car very painless. I was unable to view the car (fiat 500l) so asked about delivery. They were happy to deliver the next day which was amazing. I was not obligated to accept the car if I was not happy. I would only lose my deposit. I was extremely happy with the car and the person that delivered it was lovely and helpful.
Kerrie was fantastic in organising the v5 and tax for me the following day.

I purchased a BMW from Easicars about two weeks ago, and the experience was excellent. Before my first visit, I called the office two hours in advance, and Kerrie answered the phone. Despite the short notice, she was more than happy to assist.

When I arrived, Faisal was ready and waiting to show me the car. He allowed me to inspect it for as long as I needed without any pressure to make a purchase. I mentioned that I would need a few weeks to return my company car, and they were happy to reserve the BMW on the understanding that I intended to proceed with the purchase.

Two weeks later, I called Kerrie to arrange a collection date and informed her that I would be bringing a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. She assured me that this was absolutely fine. On the day of collection, the car was ready and waiting outside the office, allowing my mechanic to carry out the inspection seamlessly. The vehicle was in good working order, just as advertised, and shortly after, I completed the paperwork with Kerrie.

Having read reviews about this type of car, I had concerns about the hybrid battery. Easicars went the extra mile by adding an amendment to the contract, providing a three-month warranty on the batteries.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be recommending Easicars to friends and family. Im absolutely thrilled with the car!

I bought a car from Easicars around 2 months and I got a 3 months warranty with the car. Unfortunately something went wrong with car. I called up Easicars not sure whether they would the warranty. I called and spoke to lady called Kerry and she was so helpful and explained I could bring the car in and my warranty was good.
I bought the car in on a Monday and collected it on a Wednesday and everything was sorted out and I am really happy with the service provided by Kerry and the mechanic Yama.
The car dealership has great cars and great customer service and would recommend to anyone to check it out .
